ABOUT LYNDA

Lynda Andros-Clay loves caring for people!

She fully realized this in the 4th grade when she declared that she wanted to be a health care professional “to make a difference in people’s lives- to educate and heal.”

She started her caring journey in Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburgh receiving her BS in Psychology, continuing on to the Massage Arts and Sciences School of Philadelphia to receive her license in Massage Therapy. With both degrees in hand and heart, Lynda moved to New York continuing her education in massage and the sciences. She became a Developmental Specialist Teacher working with and caring for individuals with profound mental, physical, and developmental challenges and other individuals that have survived extreme trauma and/or abuse.

Reluctant to move from the East Coast, she and her husband and awesome Rottweiler furbaby took a leap of faith into the Rocky Mountains! In Colorado new opportunities awaited. She received her CNA license from Rocky Mountain College to pursue the medical and healing arts in Home Health, Hospice, Rehab Therapy and Oncology Massage.

Taking this knowledge, education, and priceless experience she had one more stop before finding her current home in Montana. Landing in Sun Valley, Idaho she became Program Director of a program that is ‘one of a kind’ in the state of Idaho. She developed, directed, and facilitated this unique memory care day treatment program. She also continued massage therapy, falling in love with prenatal massage.

Finally in Montana, Lynda realized that her caring journey has come full life circle, from end of life care to beginning of life care. With love and passion of supporting, advocating, educating, empowering, and caring for others during their transitional journey, Lynda naturally fell in love with Doula work. She has received training and certification from DONA International and is a DONA member.

With her calming and loving presence she journeys with birthing mothers and their families through their own beautiful unique birthing experience providing support, encouragement, empowerment, and care. Lynda has a deep respect and gratefulness for every unique journey that she has been blessed to be a part of.

Lynda has fallen in love with the Mountains and loves spending time in nature and being outdoorsy! She also enjoys running, especially running with others!
